Mild headache this morning, BP was a little high. Rechecked in the afternoon and it was fine.

Good week. Energy is better, BP steady, no swelling.
9/1/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Felt wiped out after dialysis nights this week. Hemoglobin was lower, doctor said keep the weekly injection going.
8/17/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Exit site looks clean. Nurse showed me a better way to tape the catheter so it stops tugging.
8/5/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Drain bag looked cloudy this morning. Called the PD nurse right away and took a sample in. Cell count was fine, no infection. Relief.
7/25/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Caught a cold, stayed in bed. Skipped logging for a couple of days, sorry. Fever gone now.
7/9/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Swelling going down, weight back toward normal. Keeping salt low and watching fluids.
7/4/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Ankles puffy and my rings feel tight. Used the 2.5% bag more this week.
6/25/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Itch almost gone. Sleeping through the night again.
6/16/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Itching a bit better since the sevelamer increase. Still bad some evenings.
6/9/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Itchy again. Clinic says phosphorus is high, sevelamer going up to 1200mg. Trying to cut back on cheese and cola.
6/5/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Skin on my arms and back is really itchy today, worse at night. Scratching in my sleep.
5/26/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Away at my sister's. Did manual exchanges with the bags I brought, so nothing in the cycler log for those nights.
5/18/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Drain was slow two nights in a row. Checked for kinks in the line, found one under the pillow. Fixed.
5/6/2026, 7:00:00 PM
Cramps in my calves around 4am. Drank a glass of water and they eased off. Mentioned it in the log.
4/19/2026, 7:00:00 PM
First week back on the cycler after training. Alarms at night but I'm getting the hang of silencing them.
